Our company was founded by Eric Kotz in January 1983. He is a Swiss national and mechanical engineer who arrived in Hong Kong in November 1968.

We are specialized in design, sale, installation and service of food processing plants, such as bakeries, butcheries and kitchens for hotels and flight kitchens.
